I used to listen to Savage Nation as well until he attacked real conservative hosts like Mark Levin, who is a real fighter for freedom and this country instead of Savage, who does not respects his colleges and worse, his own fans. Savage does not care about his fan base. Only his personal ego and ratings.

I used to listen to Savage’s show regularly. I stopped when it became nothing but an anti-Beck/anti-Limbaugh rant. Glenn seems pretty open-minded here, and willing to be civil, without calling Savage names. It’s too bad that Michael Savage isn’t willing to reciprocate. I truly believe that it’s all about ratings jealousy, and denial in regards to the fact that Glenn Beck now has the third-most listened-to show in America and not him. It’s a shame, really.
@DD826 i didn’t say i diagnosed anyone. i didn’t say the difference is bad. students who have autism do not even have to disclose it, by the way, unless they want accommodations. students with autism have some of the best performance levels in school. sheesh.

My sister was told by one of you “teachers” that my neice should be medicated, because she wasn’t paying enought attention in class. She just graduated from eigth grade on the honor role. And she wasn’t medicated.
Maybe you “teachers” should have been medicated, so you could have become a real professional?

I’m a teacher and I can tell you there is a major difference between students with autism and those without. I wish Savage were right and it had to do with sensitivity bla bla.

Masters, Ph.D, written books on nutrition… I think Savage probably knows more about this than the doctors that can write a prescription and think they are doing great things.

I don’t necessarily believe most autism is a fraud but I do know that many parents, especially those on public assistence seem to seek to have their children diagnosed as either ADHD or Autistic or any number of other disorders. I’m not offended by Savage. He wasn’t directing his comments at all autistic children.
He has a point though in recent years many children have become spoiled and have been raised thinking they can gey what they want. If anything there is an epidemic of irresponsible parents.
